Giant Jim and the Hurricane

by Jeremy Strong

When Giant Jim arrives, the townsfolk panic—worried they’ll be gobbled up or flattened underfoot. But Jim’s not that kind of giant. He prefers omelettes to people, plays the saxophone, and just wants a place to call home.

Unfortunately, being a giant isn’t easy. He accidentally crushes buildings, plays music far too loudly, and even has a hen that lays a giant egg… on the library roof. Banished for the chaos, Jim quietly disappears—until a hurricane strikes. With his hen keeping everyone safe and Jim helping to rebuild, the town finally sees him for who he really is. And this time, they make room for a giant.
