The Baudelaire orphans are sent to a new school, the Austere Academy, where they hope for some peace and safety. But what they find instead is a horrible headmaster and, of course, Count Olaf in yet another diabolical disguise. As they struggle to fit in and avoid Olaf’s wicked plans, the Baudelaires must use their wits to survive the gruelling conditions at the Academy. (Book 5)
