by Isabel Sanchez Vegara

As a child in England, Ada Lovelace loved numbers and imagined extraordinary inventions. Fascinated by machines, she later worked with Charles Babbage on his early mechanical computer. Her brilliant notes included what is now recognised as the first computer program—earning her a place in history as the world’s first computer programmer.
