World War II is finally over and after experiencing horrors at a concentration camp, three Jewish boys, Yossi, Leo and Mordecai arrive in the Lake District, where they are finally safe. Yossi dreams of finding his missing father but is fearful of losing his best friends if they decide to move away. This story is inspired by the true story of the Windemere Boys.
