The Ghost Garden

by Emma Carroll

Summer 1914. On the same afternoon that Leo breaks his leg, Fran discovers a bone buried in the garden of Longbarrow House. Though it seems like a coincidence, Fran can’t shake the uneasy feeling that the two events are connected. As she reluctantly keeps wheelchair-bound Leo company, she listens to his wild theories about the looming war in Europe. But as they uncover more secrets hidden beneath the garden, dark shadows of the future begin to emerge — and Fran starts to fear that Leo’s grim predictions may be coming true…
