The rain won’t stop, and the villagers have had enough. The Weather Monster is clearly upset — and when he’s sad, it pours. So they send Tom up the mountain with a cake and a hope for sunshine. But maybe what the monster needs isn’t dessert… maybe he just needs a friend.
