Rachel and Kirsty are now on the hunt for the weather fairies’ feathers and in this book, it is Pearl the Cloud Fairy who they need to help. To find the feather these fairly-loving girls must find a way to cheer Pearl up and lift the spirits of the villagers. They must also stand up once more to Jack Frost’s nasty goblins.
