Lily has been poorly for such a long time and is in and out of hospital for dialysis. She is sent to stay with her grandmother while her Mum is having a baby but she’s not looking forward to getting a baby sister or brother. When she returns home she finds her parents are not the same and she must face her fears and defeat their replacements. She does however have an unlikely group of new friends in tow – a mole, a snake, a mouse and a crow.
